SCULPT Indooroopilly was an in-house build and development by GRAYA. We had the privilege of designing this 1500m² block. The complete new build features a grand entrance with a range of ex-ground trees, including two Canary Date palms in the courtyard and two Olive trees in the entrance gardens. The plant palette was designed to maintain a light green/silver color scheme, with the inclusion of Westringias, Kalanchoe Silver Spoons, Helichrysum petiolare, Sansevieria, and Blue Chalksticks, to name a few. The courtyard garden is the main feature of this home, with 5m-high concrete rendered walls, a pool, a spa, Canary Date palms, and a large turf area for everyone to enjoy. The house opens up onto a 1400m² riverfront area.
